Crown Office Guidance Notes Update

Please note that there are two sets of Gudance notes to assist new peers by succession, depending upon whether they wish to be eligible to stand for election to the House of Lords (Option 1) or not (Option 2). Irish peers with no subsidiary English titles are not eligible to stand for election and should consult the 'Option 2' notes.
